About the Client:
Inland Christian Home is a non-profit multi-level senior living community located in Ontario, CA.
Goal:
Increase brand awareness around community news, upcoming events, resident life, staff highlights, and services available.
Strategy:
Content Marketing Strategy - Quarterly newsletters sent via mail as awareness content pieces, posted as “news” articles to the website, and shared monthly as social media posts.
Results:
Following an awareness content path, each quarterly newsletter’s business objective is to break through the digital clutter and make a statement as a quarterly mailed content piece.
Printed and mailed to over 900 prospective residents quarterly with copies available on-site for staff and residents.
Newsletter articles posted as content on the website assisted in the overall growth of website sessions (+51%), and helped generate over 8,000 new organic user traffic in 2023.
